Esto significa que si optan por el m\u00ednimo de $15,000 en beneficios de PIP, no podr\u00e1n solicitar beneficios adicionales para cubrir los gastos m\u00e9dicos si exceden el l\u00edmite de $15,000. El nuevo fallo revoca una decisi\u00f3n previa de la Divisi\u00f3n de Apelaciones que permit\u00eda a las v\u00edctimas de accidentes automovil\u00edsticos recuperar los gastos m\u00e9dicos que excedieran su cobertura m\u00ednima de PIP.  <\/p>\n<p>No se puede exagerar.
