By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages from Joseph M. Ghabour & Associates LLC (“JMG Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following SMS Terms of Service.
By opting in to our SMS messaging program, you consent to receive text messages from Joseph M. Ghabour & Associates LLC at the mobile number you provide.
Messages may include, but are not limited to, communications regarding inquiries submitted through our website, appointment reminders, case-related communications, requests for information or documents, scheduling updates, follow-up communications, and other messages related to our legal services.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining legal services from Joseph M. Ghabour & Associates LLC.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.
After you send the SMS message “STOP,” we may send you a confirmation message notifying you that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us through that messaging program.
If you wish to receive SMS messages from us again in the future, you may opt in again using the same method by which you originally enrolled or another opt-in method we make available.
If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, you may reply HELP for assistance.

Opting in to receive SMS messages, submitting information through our website, or communicating with our firm by text message does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship with Joseph M. Ghabour & Associates LLC is established only after the firm has agreed to represent you and any required engagement or retainer agreement has been completed.
Text messaging may not be appropriate for confidential, sensitive, urgent, or time-sensitive legal communications. You should not rely solely on SMS communications for deadlines, emergencies, or other matters requiring immediate attention.
If your matter is urgent, please contact our office directly at (732) 967-9110.
By enrolling in our SMS program, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.
If your mobile number changes or is reassigned to another person, you should notify us or opt out of the SMS program.
We may modify these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Any updated terms will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Your continued participation in our SMS program following any changes will be subject to the then-current SMS Terms of Service.
